Techniques:
Barbecuing encompasses two distinct types of cooking technique.
One type is grilling over direct heat, usually a hot fire for a short time.
Grilling may be done over wood or Charcoal or even gas.
The other technique is cooking by using indirect heat or low-level direct radiant heat at lower temperatures but for a much longer time, often with smoke.
Accessories include all the different types of Tools to help with the cooking like tongs, skewers, meat hooks, forks
Pre-made Fire Pits are the most common form of fire pits that can be purchased from a store.
These are made mostly of metal and can be either wood or gas burning. Unlike traditional fire pits, these fire pits are portable.
